CT7117 is a Digital Temperature Sensor with ±0.1℃ Accuracy, CSP-4 package Compatible with SMBus/I2C Interface. It is ideally used in space constrained application, like Camera Module, SSD and Portable Devices etc.

Maximum:±0.3^oC from -40^oC to 125^oC

Maximum:±0.5^oC from -50^oC to 150^oC

l 16 bit ADC for 0.0078125^oC resolution

l Compatible with SMBus, I²C interface

l Programmable Over/Under Temperature

l 8 different slave addresses available with different suffix

l Temperature Range: -50^oC to 150^oC
